I'm super tired, but I wanted to post before I crash.

So, Aldo didn't hook me up last week. Probably for the best.

Monday the 23rd my Zuki died. I got Sunny to tow it to his place but he went on holidays Tuesday and I left for Quality Control classes Tuesday so I wasn't to worried. He should be back soon, but the message he left said that it was electrical, possibly a sending unit or alternator. I'm hoping it's not too expensive, but I have an appointment at the bank after work tomorrow to see where I stand as far as buying a new car of some sort.

Class was fun. Mike picked me up and was nice enough to dump the country for some 3 Doors Down and stuff. We stayed in a real nice hotel down on the lake. Met some real cool people. 2 guys were up from California taking the course because they were getting a trimline system like we have. I learned a lot about the computers and scanners. And on Wednesday the instructor took us out for supper and drinks. I had the biggest and best steak I've had in a long time.

I rode my bike to work on Monday. That was fine, but my ass is sore now.

I saw a cool truck the other day. A 93 Ford Ranger, king cab, 4x4 with very large tires and rollbars. The guy says it has 200,000 km on it, and it's a standard, and he wants $10,000 for it. A bit steep in my opinion for something one year younger than my zuki and a few more miles on it than mine. It looks real nice though.

Yesterday I got Carl to pick me up for work. It was raining. (more on that later) He said that he saw Laura at his physical therapy guy. (Carl broke his leg a few years ago. Laura was off work for some type of injury to her back) He mentioned that she's really packing on the weight. I can't help but feel guilty. I wish she knew that I cared about her. Ah. Past tense I guess.

Anyways, It was HOT Monday. So hot it was miserable. Then Tuesday it was rainy. You know that smell of a real hard steady downpour when it's hot? That tropical, fresh, clean smell? It brought the temperiture down to a perfect 20 degrees, and smelled awesome.
