“You're being strangely cryptic as you wrap your magic hair around my injured hand...” Just those words and then the image of a young mans hand, with golden hair wrapped around it, fades to her singing and watching the night sky. A small chameleon nearby pointed to it’s hand with a smirk. The girl felt such a fondness for that little animal- a pet maybe?
“Flower gleam and glow, let your power shine. Make the clock reverse, bring back what once was mine.” She sang softly, brushing out her hair while a young man sat nearby. Around him, she felt safe and she trusted him enough to let him see. What he was seeing, she wasn’t sure but it didn’t matter. She knew he wouldn’t betray that trust, instinctively.
“Heal what has been hurt, change the Fates design. Save what has been lost, bring back what once was mine~ What once what mine.” She assumed it was a lullaby, it was relaxing enough. Especially with all those pretty lanterns floating up into the sky, to the stars. Everything felt absolutely… perfect. She wanted to dance, she wanted to sing some more. If only there were more time, but she could feel that her time was restricted. Restricted by the image of a tower, walls inside covered in hundreds of paintings and each one having something in common.
Images flashes, merging together and making it difficult to decipher what was what. An older woman brushing her hair, telling stories and then a group of singing thugs and a secret passage with the encouragement to fulfill her dream. What dream? And then she was running, a young man at her side. The same one that she wrapped her hair around his hand and he was helping her carrying her hair as water rushed towards them from behind.
And then they were trapped. Water rising. Nothing but pitch black around them. There had to be a way out, had to be! She didn’t want to die! Mother, she should have listened to you!
