The personality checks out with the wiki. While I appreciate the succinctity of the previous incarnations' exploits (since the Doctor has a metric fuckton of canon), the parts with Four's adventures seem... perhaps a little too summarized? For instance, when the Master is falling apart, he manages to frame the Doctor for the death of Gallifrey's president before he's defeated. To me, that seems like a detail that one might want to include? I don't know, what do you guys think, does it need a bit more fleshing out?

The dream seems to fall victim to phrase/word repetition but part of me gets the impression that's due to rushing to meet the deadline. The concepts are sound, so I wouldn't count against it. The journal sample is amusing and seems to give a good sense of voice.

TL;DR, right now I'm leaning towards Background Elaborations, mostly for the Fourth's adventures. But if anyone who knows the canon thinks this is fine as is, I'm willing to give it a yes.

Agreeing with Kris. It was incredibly easy to read but I need more background on the fourth doctor, (like how he met Romana, not to mention their sexual tension! Come onnn even I know about that).

I would also like those powers spelled out, even if they're not so different from Fred. Why? Because RUUUURRRRRUUUUUU. I'll accept the dream even if it is a bit rushed.

I looked back on the Apps with Nine and Romana, and their powers are listed in much the same way as this is. But I know you guys also had a talk with Alex at some point about which abilities would work in the Sphere and which wouldn't?

Like... isn't anything 'Timey Wimey' not going to work because Sphere-time is frozen?

So that leaves the telepathy as the one thing to be elaborated on, right?

I guess. I mean that could just require one line, I don't remember Time Lords having that ability but I haven't watched the series. I will defer to a canon expert (which may be just Mob at this point).

I'm iffy on asking for elaborations on incarnations of the Doctor that they're not apping if it's just going to be tra la la adventure time stuff and not actual important bits from his life. Lives. w/e.

I still want background elabs as I just feel it's too short and goes against our app standards. Just one-two paragraphs that give more details about four's life is enough.

^Agreed. I certainly wouldn't want her to go into every incarnation (good God, trekking through all that canon), just a bit more detail on Four since that's the one she's playing.
