This app reads fine to me, though I can't speak to accuracy as I've never played the canon. I trust Hallowd to not make stuff up, though, and she seems to have put some thought into weaving one plot and one storyline for her character out of a multiple-choice game situation.
Are we okay with keeping the spirit that lives inside her? Also, are her healing powers going to need a success/fail rate slapped onto them?
I'll go ahead and vote yes as well. As for the spells, I wouldn't think her healing spells need a fail rate--if I'm reading them correctly, they seem to work by speeding up the body's natural healing processes, much like kidou healing from Bleach (which has never had any limits put on it, IIRC).
For a another example, Kagerou's healing isn't really healing--it's reality rejection that restores a person to the condition they were in before, which is why it has a fail rate. I could see putting a fail rate on some of the other spells, like the elemental spells, for example, since they affect the actual environment. Does that make sense?
Oh, I thought Kagerou's healing was healing... Yeah, that makes sense. Though I wonder if the power to rouse someone from unconsciousness is a bit much without a fail rate?
Yeah, Kagerou "rejects" things; the ability could theoretically be used to fix a broken vase, or in canon, she plans to "reject" something out of existence altogether.
Maybe the healing spells that speed up normal healing are ok, but spells that add to a person's regenerative capabilities need to have a fail rate?

[accepted blah blah]
However, any healing spells that add to a person's natural regenerative capabilities will have a set rate of 40% success/60% failure due to concept reasons. How failure manifests is up to you- feel free to get creative! If you need clarifications, just grab a mod or helpstaffer.
