APPLICATIONS ARE NOW CLOSED
Hey Guys,
Applications for Modship and Assistant staff is now closed.
On Day Change (thursday at midnight EST) we'll have a poll up for 7 days/1 week where voting will begin.
we ask that ALL MEMBERS OF NP VOTE!!! (This means I will be poking as many of our LOA/Hiatus members as possible as well)
We want everyone to vote, every vote matters and this is important, it's about the future of Now Playing and we want to make it the best it possibly can be.
Voting will be private, meaning your votes will be hidden from everyone except the mods.
You may only vote once.
If you decide to change your vote during the week, you will have to recast your vote with -explaination- (this is to avoid people from recasting because of favouritism, but I don't expect that from any of you).
Once voting is completed we will be approaching all the applicants and letting them know first the results and discussing with those who were voted in their positions. Once all applicants have been spoken with we will make a general annoucement WITH the voting results and introducing the new mods and mod assistants.
for your consideration
Currently, we have not fully decided on whether the applications will be anonomous or not, you are welcomed to provide your thoughts and feelings on this subject. (there are only two active mods currently and that is not enough to fairly decide the matter, hence I am opening this to NP in general and asking you what you would like to do). We have several options,
(1) complete anon apps,
(2)Anon apps with secondary voting of names (not tied to apps), and
(3) posting apps with names.
