I found a way to get my cat to cooperate with receiving fluids! All I have to do, it turns out, is hold him on my lap while the fluid drips in, and cuddle him, and rub his ears! He purred and rubbed his cheek against me and licked my hand and gave me big, serious, melting Cat Looks of Love. He sat still for the full dose of fluid and I let him
