Good for you! I donated two more bags worth of kids clothes to St Vincent de Paul and handed over 10 outgrown coats (both mine and the children's) to my church coat drive today. There is so much more space in our hall closet right now, it's not even funny.

It also feels good to do something to help others. I may not have money right now, but I have stuff. And now I have less stuff, and it's awesome.

Yes, it feels good! although intimidating, when you realize that you've increased the net order of the universe, yet to the casual eye, everything still looks untidy!

(This is due to the piles of stuff-that's-going-somewhere, plus the fact that I didn't tackle my desk or table. But those can be made pretty just by putting things into a pile.)

Aside from the Goodwill pile, I don't think today's exercise did much to help others, but it did make me feel good to establish order.
