These are my "healthy" cinnamon rolls: a variation of the
Big 'n' Soft" cinnamon roll recipe on Food.com.
And the amazing thing is, even though I replaced butter with canola oil, white with white whole wheat flour, cut the sugar in half, used soymilk, evaporated cane juice, etc., etc., they came out REALLY WELL.
These are REALLY GOOD. Seriously. And I like the pattern they make: those imperfect spirals remind me of Celtic stone carving.
