... more or less. Yesterday's symptoms have mostly cleared up, but I have fatigue, dizziness, and an intermittent headache.
On the advice of my insurance company's 24 hour Nurse Help Line, I hied myself to an Urgent Care place this afternoon, where they told me I was a little dehydrated, had been consuming all the wrong things today, and put me on clear liquids until tomorrow.
Tomorrow I am to continue at home, resting, and follow the BRAT (bananas, rice, applesauce, toast) diet.
I'm pretty sure the vector of infection was a guy I shook hands with last Tuesday or Wednesday, who I heard tell someone else that his entire family was still in the ER, being treated for dehydration. I wouldn't be surprised if this bug moves through the entire office.
