Lil was about to give up. She'd been in here looking for someone. A specific someone, really, and it certainly wasn't to have a nice cosy chat with. All that rubbish about not just attacking Death Eaters? That old man was a fool. With everything that had happened recently, something needed to be done and Lil was over waiting, being patient, listening to people who were older and supposedly wiser than her. She was itching for a fight, anyway, and determined to find one tonight.

And what better place to pick a fight with a Death Eater than here? Even if she didn't quite bag herself a Death Eater tonight, she was certain to find a good brawl with someone who deserved to have his face kicked in. Or hers. Lil wasn't picky, really - just craving something good and physical.

After "helping" Ken teach sex ed (and hadn't that been fun and exciting? particularly the seventh years, heh) during the day, Geoffrey felt he deserved a hight off. Surely the Slytherin Quidditch team wouldn'do anything too awful if left to their own devices for one night. The Keeper might end up slightly maimed, sure, but that seemed to be normal for this group. And he deserved a night off after actually working during the day.

Strolling into the Hog's Head, Geoffrey scanned the room, looking for a familiar face. Or at least an interesting one. Hm. Maybe the sulky brunette over there. Vaguely familiar? One of the new kids in Dumbles' group? Could be.

Oh, great.

Wasn't that the blonde over there who talked entirely too much? Lil remembered him from.. something. She also remembered being left with a vaguely annoyed impression. Sizing him up, though, she decided he wasn't entirely without merit.

Maybe this night didn't have to be a complete waste, after all. After all, she didn't have to like a person to keep herself entertained with them. Sometimes annoyance worked just as well.

Taking his drink from the bartender with a nod, Geoffrey made his way over to where the brunette was giving the world at large (and the bar in general) the stink eye. "Lil, right? Mind if I join you?" he asked pleasantly, gesturing to the empty chair at her table.
