Go from:
to this:



1. Crop your base

2. Duplicate your base and set to screen 100%

3. Start a new selective colouring layer:

Reds: +11, +17, -7, +5
        Yellows: -24, -14, +20, +19
        Neutrals: +7, -5, -5, +1

4. Duplicate base again and place on top. Go to Filter>>>Blur>>Radial and select a preferred value. Click OK. Erase the parts of this layer that you don't want covered/blurred.

5. OPTIONAL: Use a light texture and set on screen

***This tutorial is ONLY a guide so you don't have to follow EVERY single method. It really depends on your base.***
