Just felt like saying it!
Now I can use my favorite Christmas present: a custom 2012 calendar made by my mother from photos of our visit to the World Fantasy Convention 2011 in San Diego. I don't feel comfortable posting pictures of myself online, but I can describe it:
January: Me standing near the pool.
February: Me talking to Neil Gaiman.
March: Me talking to Peter S. Beagle.
April: My getting Ruth Sanderson's autograph.
May: Me by a fountain.
June: Me and Garth Nix standing together for the camera.
July: Me and Robert Shearman standing together for the camera.
August: My getting Connie Willis' autograph.
September: A T-shirt that was being sold in the convention center with pictures of cats on it. "There's a Nap for That".
October: Me standing outside See's Candies.
November: Mom, me and another guest sitting at our table for the convention luncheon, facing the camera.
December: The nine award-winners (including Neil Gaiman and Peter S. Beagle) holding their awards, in the shape of Easter Island Statues.
