I'm posting this to have all my plot bunnies in one place on my livejournal. I feel a bit slow for not thinking of this sooner. These are ideas that have occurred to me but I am not writing. I generate a lot more ideas than I write, so anyone is free to take them. I don't mind if multiple people take them, in fact. Sadly, I find writing my own things I want to see in fic to be a bit like tickling myself, i.e. not as fulfilling. I'm going to keep this at the top of my journal, as I may want to make continual updates. If you begin writing a story inspired by one of these prompts, please comment here to let me know, even if you're nowhere near finished. Nothing cheers me like responses.
Battlestar Galactica
For stories where the Five are their unwiped selves, I find Sam/Head Six, Sam/Galen/Tory, and Tory/Head Baltar to be likely. More development of Saul/Ellen and whatever was going on with Sam are good, but Galen/Tory needs development the most.
*Sam's ancestors and Kara's ancestors were in conflict on Kobol.
*Galen meeting Tory's parents on Earth. Play for humor, but not crackfic.
*What is running through each of the Five's minds when they find the Temple of Hopes? Pre-Series
* When the Final Five arrived in the Colonial system during the First Cylon War, they can't have just instantly known that was going on, right? They had to land somewhere and pretend to be humans to get the full story. And none of them had ever seen a human before in their lives. So how about Sam and the others' thoughts about meeting humans for the first time? I'd imagine the most curious thing is that they look the same, even knowing that would be true. And they should be somewhat wary, because of the conflict between their ancestors and the twelve tribes on Kobol. How did they then establish contact with the Centurions and prove their own Cylonity and the effectiveness of resurrection technology? The Centurions must explain God and their creation by Daniel and Zoe Graystone.
*Crackfic. A Centurion who has been reading the Evil Overlord List online points out to the Five that with their Resurrection Hub they fail Rule Number Twenty Seven: "I will never build only one of anything important."
*Crackfic. One of the Five is chastised by the others for playing around with the genetic formula for Sixes, resulting in most of them having strangely white hair and some having non-identical hair. When the Sixes mature, they start arguing with their creators that they shoud all have different names, unlike the other models.
*Describe each of the Five's personal "mining accident on Troy" incident. Saul's would logically be battlestar-related.
* An old person who remembers seeing Sam during the First War is surprised to see him as a Caprica Buccaneer. Combinable with the above. Might feature Adama. Pre-Series
*Kara is the woman that Sam wrote All Along the Watchtower for, but not in the sense of being physically present. He had dreams about her throughout his Cylon life, from childhood on Earth to when he and the others were working on the new Cylons in The Colony. He always knows her name when he's dreaming, but forgets it when he wakes up. I know, I’m a hopeless romantic. Pre-Series
Sidenote: Sam used to live in an Evil-Looking Overgrown Spider Base Thing? Cool!
*Instead of implanting the Final Five with false memories, Cavil left them in the Colonies with no memories at all. How did Sam get to where he is today? Pre-Series to Series
*AU a few years pre-series. Cavil is grumpy and troublesome, but he hasn't done of his wrongdoing. Yet. The Battlestar Valkyrie's incursion into Cylon space is detected, and the Five are split on what to do about it. Galen and Tory take it as an act of war, Saul and Ellen advise a more charitable interpretation. So Sam takes some of the Significant Eight Cylons (Daniel's alive, yay!) with him to the Colonies undercover to suss things out. While there, he meets a certain blonde Viper pilot. I'm thinking Zak would be alive at first and his accident would take place during the story. Bulldog is kept on the Colony until the situation is stable (he's not happy, of course).
*Kara is assigned as a bodyguard to the human diplomat at Armistice Station after Galactica is decommissioned. Sam is representing the Cylons in negotiations. Sparks fly. I'd describe both sides as cautiously optimistic. Cavil is grumpy and troublesome, but he hasn't done any of his wrongdoing. Yet. The humans are understandably shocked and concerned that the Cylons are able to impersonate them. At some point Sam is killed (needless to say, Kara angsts), and so the humans learn of resurrection (and Kara has to wonder if this is the same "man'). AU beginning with the Miniseries opening scene - Sam walks in instead of Six
* Leoben learned that whole “stream” thing and other bits of his philosophy from Sam. Sometimes, Leoben can almost remember that. Any time Pre-Series, Seasons One, Two, or Three, or Season Four Pre-Revelations.
*Helo is happy living with Sharon and their newborn daughter in a cabin in the woods on Caprica, but can't help thinking that something is not quite right. Why have the Cylons left them alone? "Flesh and Bone" onwards
*Doc Cottle insists on obtaining an official resident counselor for Galactica. As ship's doctor, Cottle is able to override higher-ranking officers about this. Due to the stresses inherent in his job as CAG, Lee Adama is the first, very reluctant, patient.
*One of Sam's resistance fighters on Caprica has a guitar, which Sam starts playing expertly despite supposedly never having played one before.
*Kara/Sam/Sharon/Helo OT4. If there’s plot as well as smut, I’ll be pleasantly surprised. “The Farm” or Later Seasons
* Sam is captured and put in one of the farms for human men. AU where Sam is human, or perhaps not. Perhaps the Cylons notice some irregularities in his tests. Hmmm. Season Two, between “The Farm” and “Lay Down Your Burdens”
** I found after posting this bunny to Pyramid of Dreams that Lizardbeth had done a similar idea, though not identical. Hers was an AU where Sam was captured instead of Kara, not after.
*Seeing what the Pegasus crew does to the civilian fleet and to Gina convinces Sam that Cavil was right. Possible Sam/Gina. Season Two AU.
*Galen is executed in "Resurrection Ship" and downloads.
*Sam downloads to Cavil's ship after being shot by D'Anna in "Downloaded". Line in Sam's head: "Oh. I'm a Cylon. Duh." He manages to get past Cavil's Centurions, and Boomer and Caprica-Six are able to confirm that he was killed in front of them. Because there's no record of Samuel T. Anders having a twin, he must be a Cylon. Caprica-Six gives him back Kara's dogtags. He sets the Cylons straight on their history. "Lay Down Your Burdens" goes much the same at first, except that Kara finds that Sam is dead and Jean is leading the Resistance. The Centurions attack and abruptly disengage. Sam, Caprica, and Boomer emerge from the brush. He has a lot of explaining to do, about the Cylons in the fleet and about Earth. Much conflictedness there, taking away their one hope (until they hear about New Caprica). There's also the matter of the telencephalic inhibitors in the Centurions.
*Similar to the above, but more depressing. Kara never comes back to the Colonies. Sam and Caprica-Six bond over the fact that they'll never see their human lovers again.
*When Galen tackles Cavil and exposes him as a Cylon, Cavil whispers "So are you" in his ear. "Lay Down Your Burdens"
*The Cylon detector is still in use because Baltar never lied about Boomer’s test results. Sam, who is a sleeper, is detected and imprisoned very soon after being rescued by Starbuck and taken to Galactica. “Lay Down Your Burdens, Part II”
*Sam has nightmares due to his feelings of guilt over all of his friends that got killed on Caprica when he was their leader, and he begins to think that he may be a Cylon. Baltar is all "You couldn't be more human if you tried". Brother Cavil isn't exactly a help. Sam/Kara. AU
*Kara teases Sam about his "connected to perfection" interview. The Year We Skipped.
*Sam and Kara go on their first proper date. They argue about whose silly idea this was. The Year We Skipped.
*Cavil makes evil duplicates of the Five by copying their memories and personalities, mixed with his own, into clone bodies. In a twist, Tory's duplicate turns out to be good.
*The Cylons threaten to kill Kara unless Sam collaborates with them. What does he do? Idea: he does what they want at least once, is terribly guilty, then finds a way to trick them and screw them over at the cost of his own life while managing to get Kara out. Kara then saves him (or not, depending on happy you want the ending to be). New Caprica Arc
*Sam dies on New Caprica instead of Ellen (or in addition to, if you prefer), and interacts with Boomer and Cavil in the months after being downloaded. Especial emphasis on Sam interacing with Boomer.
*Julia Brynn is knifed in Dogsville, and so Kara and Sam raise Kacey. Season Three.
*The fleet captures a Resurrection Ship and discovers the hidden Centurion-guarded chamber with blank bodies for the Final Five. Probably Season Three. Could be that the virus plan has not been stopped by Helo, and the Resurrection Ship they capture has fallen to the virus.
* I just had another "Sam resurrects" idea, but darker: he commits suicide after The Son Also Rises to be with Kara. Doesn't quite work out for him. Cavil is present during the initial moments of confusion, instead of showing up later as he did with Ellen, just to make things worse.
*The Final Four are not Cylons, but were brainwashed on New Caprica. AU "Crossroads" and Season Four
*The Four get their full memories back in "Crossroads". As above, explaining about Earth will be difficult. Even more so, with a determined Kara around. Galen is torn between his wife (Cally) and the woman who would have been his wife if not for a cruel twist of fate (Tory). Can Cally love a Cylon?
*Did the Cylon Raider did something to Sam's programming when it scanned him? “He That Believeth In Me”
*Starbuck is executed very soon after she comes back, just because they think she might be a Cylon, and Sam snaps. “He That Believeth In Me”
*Someone on Galactica knows about the Final Four. Sam finds CYLON written on his locker mirror. Paranoia ensues. (If you want to be really twisty, he could have done it himself) Sam/Kara. Season Four
*Sam does not go on the Demetrius mission because he can't face Starbuck after what she said to him (“If I found out that you were a Cylon, I’d put a bullet between your eyes.”), and it is he, not Tigh, that forms a bond with Caprica-Six. Kara is conspicuous in her absence. Caprica's mercy-killing of the baby in the marketplace is brought up somehow. Whole Season Four
* Tory's role in Cally's murder is discovered, but she pleads that it was due to hidden Cylon programming. This gives the rest of the Four more to worry about. She is kept alive as a possible intelligence asset or a bargaining chip to use against the other Cylons. Post-"The Ties That Bind", could be before or after "Revelations"
*"The Road Less Traveled" Sam lets Leoben go on a bit longer and prosletyze him a bit more. Sam/Leoben undertones.
*Gaeta, Helo, Athena, Seelix, and Pike overcome Sam, Kara, and Jean in "Faith". Helo is badly wounded and loses consciousness. The other four decide that Kara is a Cylon threat and plan to airlock her. Sam is desperate enough to snap and tell them that he knows Kara isn't a Cylon because he is one.
*Sam does put his hand in the datastream on the Baseship and it responds. “Faith”
*Sam and the dying Eight accidentally project together. "Faith"
*Sam finds himself thinking of how horrible what that Six went through must have been, despite his best efforts not to. He realizes that war gives you tunnel-vision. Reference to the Circle executions would also be good. “Faith”
*One of the crew has noticed the Final Four's odd complaints of music and their poorly-disguised secret meetings. Natalie's statement that the Five are in the fleet makes it all click into place, because the only thing different in the Ionian Nebula was the new pilots. This person decides to confront one of the Four to subtly wrangle out a confession by “idly” talking about what a betrayal it is for the secret Cylons to keep themselves secret and how it would be better for them to give themselves up instead of waiting for D'Anna, and decides that Sam is the best candidate as the most honest one out of the Four. Should feature the line, “Of course, I know. Why do you think I was manipulating you just now?” "Guess What's Coming to Dinner"
* Sam is on the joined Cylon/Colonial mission to destroy the Hub. Sam cooperates with Cylon pilots, yay! D’Anna outs him in the control room at the beginning of “Revelations” in front of Adama, Roslin, Leoben, Fakeathena, and Helo. For extra conflict, Seelix is also there Probably followed Sam, wondering why he was going to the control room - he went because although he dreaded that D'Anna would know his identity, he had to see if she did. The Colonials are shocked, even Helo, which D'Anna points out when trying to convince Sam to stay. Sam and Leoben argue against the hostage plan. Sam stays to keep an eye on D'Anna, not trusting Tory to do so.
*"Revelations" The Final Three are executed and Kara prays for Sam's soul.
*What runs through Diana Seelix's head when she learns the truth about Sam?
*Lee and Kara are killed before they can make it to the Cylon Brig, and it's up to Team Cylon to free themselves. Please harm Seelix and Connor. Please. "Blood on the Scales"
* Sam broods on all the people he knew that are dead because of Cavil. The resistance, Daniel, his Old Centurion friends, Ellen. “No Exit”
*"No Exit" Crackfic. The Cylon Brain and Me, A Presentation by Dr. Peppy Gerard. (Dude, how that guy was too cheerful)
*Sam wakes up in "Deadlock", so he is conscious for the gathering of the Five. However, he is now mute due to brain damage. Kara/Sam, with much trials ahead.
*Sam wakes up from his coma, finding himself aboard the Rebel Baseship. Liam hasn't been miscarried, and so the Cylons have voted to leave the fleet. Sam tries to find the fleet again in a Heavy Raider (Sam in black Cylon pilot uniform, yay!), but it's hopeless and, after a long time, he finally gives up. He avoids Tory, pines for Kara, and that Eight that was hovering around his bedside (or Lida - the Six from "Blood On the Scales" if you prefer") tries to comfort him. post-"Deadlock"
**Or you could have Sam and Kara find each other out there after some guided-by-destiny stuff, if you're into that whole happy ending thing.
*Sam wakes up in “Someone to Watch Over Me” with all his human and Cylon memories intact and is there for Kara during her existential crisis, yay!
*Sam wakes up in “Someone to Watch Over Me” with total retrograde amnesia. His first words to Kara: "Who are you?" That idea just had to occur to me, didn’t it? Evil, evil plot bunny.
*Sam’s thoughts as he tries to talk to Kara through the Hybrid!speak. And we thought aphasia was frustrating/heartbreaking. “Islanded in a Stream of Stars”
*Boomer never stole Hera. Her fate is up to you. Sam wakes up. Everyone tries to adjust to life on the Cylon Baseship, after Adama transfers his flag and Galactica is decomissioned. Sam and Kara deal with being married pilots (they never really got the chance onscreen). Kara deals with being surrounded by Cylon in-laws. The Colonial and Cylon pilots and deckhands must cooperate even closer than before. People settle into a daily routine, indefinite, as there's no habitable planet in sight. "Daybreak" Onwards.
*Lee Adama and Sonja struggle to keep humans and Cylons together and wind up a couple. This could be on Earth or in the fleet.
*Zoe Graystone's Avatar survived deep in the computer systems of The Colony. Sam used to use a holoband to communicate with her back in the day. He is constantly speaking to her across space now that he is a Hybrid, and this is how he learns the present location of The Colony to tell Adama about it. "Daybreak"
*Was Tory's body buried on Earth, ejected into space, or left in the morgue and consumed by the Sun? "Daybreak"
*Sam, Kara, and Lee have a group marriage.
The following prompts call for some canon-twisting where the Five and the Seven aren't different, so they all have numbers and copies.
*Challenge: Take two Sams and develop them as distinctly as Boomer and Athena. Full Series.
*Substitute Kara and Sam for Helo and Sharon.
*Kara is paired with Sam in the Cylon breeding experiments. They have not met before. She convinces him to help her escape. Of course, she's as likely as not to kill him, anyway.
*Standing on the ledge of his apartment, Sam hopes that this is the time the others will finally give up on downloading him.
*Sam joined Caprica and Boomer's movement that led to the abandonment of the Colonies by the Cylons. Kara sleeps with him on New Caprica to get close to him for the Resistance. Kara is conflicted because she realizes that he really loves her.
Eros Day prompts:
*The best day crappy post-apocalyptic Eros Day present ever.
*Eros Day algae.
*Sam writing a song for Eros Day, which he didn't actually intend to perform, but someone - (Starbuck, Barolay, the pilots) - gets their hands on the notes.
*Saul and Ellen Tigh being pensive on Eros Day without each other, either after New Caprica or during their estrangement - letters written only in their heads.
*Dee being pensive on Eros Day when she's with Lee but she finds an old card from Billy.
Supernatural
*Originally suggested by Demonessjo for the Evil Dean Ficathon, but on loan: Sam doesn't have a brother. Dean is a demon using false memories to play with him.
*Fact: Vampires are supposed to have hypnosis. "Dead Man's Blood". Luthor hypnotises Sam and Dean into turning against John and being his own willing blood dolls. Sam/Luthor/Dean.
*"Simon Said" AU in which Ansem actually has a brain, so A - he has Dean shoot Andy and Sam instead of himself, and B - he realizes that a hunter is a useful asset when one plans to be the general of Azazel's army. He thoroughly mindfraks Dean into his personal serial killer/warrior, removing his memories of family but keeping his training and killer instinct, in addition to his bulldog-like loyalty.
*Madison bit Sam.
*Sam totally rejects Dean for bringing him back to life against his will.
*"Bedtime Stories". Callie brainwashes Dean to think that he really is the Huntsman. I was thinking of the Red Riding Hood Huntsman, but Gigglingkat suggested in a comment when I posted this at SPN Bunnies that he could be the Snow White Huntsman, in which case he would devoted to Callie.
*"Wishful Thinking". Sam wishes that Dean would stop arguing with him, and their relationship is much improved as a result. Of course, this leads to a slippery slope, as Dean will not oppose anything morally dubious that Sam does or wants. Happy fic becomes darkness fic.
*"I Know What You Did Last Summer" Crackfic. Dean goes under along with Anna when Pamela is doing her hypnosis routine. Sam takes the opportunity to implant some "cluck like a chicken"-type of embarassing suggestions.
*Post-"Heaven and Hell" Dean gets to see if the grass is really greener on the other side when he is taken Upstairs for a little tet-a-tet with Zachariah and Castiel is put in his body. It's supposed to be temporary. Castiel can't tell Sam what's happened, but, of course, his act isn't perfect. He is tempted to remain in Dean's body permanently.
*"It's a Terrible Life" with the difference that Dean is normalized and Sam isn't. He must find his brother.
*Sam and Dean must deal with Evil Vampire Sam and Evil Vampire Dean from another reality. Sam is captured and his vampire duplicate manages to fool Dean for a while.
*Sometimes Sam forgets that the Dean beside him isn't real... (you fill in the blanks)
*Vampire blood is slipped into Sam and Dean's beer at a bar. They change.
*Dean is torn down by events to the point that he is willing to be Michael's vessel. Unfortunately the angel he invites in is actually Lucifer.
*The angels bring Bela out of Hell as a "dirty deeds done cheap" kind of person.
*"It's a Terrible Life". Dean Smith and Sam Wesson go hunting without any restored memories. Preferably would start from the moment Dean turns down Mr. Adler's offer of a raise, so he has to catch up with Sam.
*When Michael/Dean and Lucifer/Sam are the only two things left standing, was it ultimately worth it? Emphasis on brotherly relationship between them.
Stargate Atlantis
*"This Mortal Coil" Onwards. Instead of being conventiently killed off, the clone team survives. How will the originals deal with their identical twins being a permanent fixture of their lives? The clones need new names.
DC Comics
*Jason Teague survives the events of Smallville episode "Commencement" and is sent to Arkham Asylum in Gotham. POV of his therapist.
Dark Angel
*Max can't let go of her dead brother. She names X5-494 "Ben".
*Alec changes to Ben's personality for a few hours when he hears a musical cue. Probably being sent on his cellphone. This happens more than once. Inspired by the Lizzie/Tess music box situation on Port Charles (the only soap opera worth watching).
*494 succeeds in warning Rachel about the bomb before it's too late. He goes on the run from Manticore (not with Rachel, because that would be too dangerous). This leads to another crackdown at Manticore, especially for the other twins of '09 escapees.
*There is some information that the good guys absolutely must get their hands on and it's something that only Ben knew. They recover his body from the old Manticore facility. Although preserved, he's been dead too long to revive him. The same cybernetic technology that allowed Manticore to futz with Zack's memories, however, could be used to recover Ben's memories from his brain and transfer them to someone else's. Since memories aren't handily labelled, it would have to be the whole package. Given how long Ben's been dead and the delicacy of transferring information from one brain to another in the first place, there's a chance of rejection. This chance would be lowest for Alec, so...
*I have a scene in mind where Ben wants to fight Alec to the death to see which one of them is better, and is about to kill someone close to Alec to provoke him. When Alec realizes what Ben's after, he threatens to kill himself if Ben doesn't let the other person go, which of course Ben does.
Doctor Who
*The Thirteen Masters: the past incarnations of the Master. What did each look like and get up to? He had a full regeneration cycle, yet we only ever saw the Roger Delgado Master and the dying Thirteenth Master before he jumped bodies.
Harry Potter
*Sirius' parents try to arrange a marriage for him with a girl from another respectable pure-blood family. He's determined to hate her and drive her off on principle, but it turns out that she's not at all like he expected - she even likes motorcycles.
Dollhouse
*Pretend there's a lull between The Attic and Getting Closer, which there probably won't be. Paul sees himself referred to by his new Active designation in a document he happens to read, and it triggers a freakout. Hidden issues come to the fore - namely whatever gave him the aggression he directed into the search for the Dollhouse and the boxing scene in Ghost.
Crossover (now I have to be careful to use surnames).
*Dark Angel/Supernatural. Dean and Alec wake up in each other's bodies in each other's universes. Note: it should not be easy for Dean for convince anyone in Terminal City that he's not just Ben-style crazy, if he even can.
*Alec McDowell and Caprica-Six are in a bar. Theme: Love destroys you. Dark Angel/Battlestar Galactica
*Vala Mal Doran, Jackie Tyler, Donna Noble, and Ellen Tigh are in a bar. Theme: Kids either leave you behind (Jackie's Rose), turn out to be digital fakes (Donna's Josh and Ella), or become evil planet-destroyers (Vala's Adria and Ellen's... millions). And life is unfair. Stargate SG-1/Doctor Who/Battlestar Galactica
*Merge Blade Runner into Battlestar Galactica. The setting is Caprica. The blade runners hunt Cylons. Kara is in the place of Deckard. Six in the place of Pris. I'm not sure if Sam should be Batty or if he should be Rachael and Leoben should be Batty. Maybe some combination of the two.
*Babylon 5/Doctor Who. Susan Ivanova/River Song. "This is purely for research purposes." A reference to the Babylon 5 episode "Acts of Sacrifice" would be nice.
*Babylon 5/Supernatural. An AU where Dean Winchester is working to bring down the Psi Corps, but his brother Sam Winchester is a member. Dean ran afoul of some Psi Cops while working security on a commercial transport.
*Battlestar Galactica/Stargate Atlantis. Sam Anders/John Sheppard. Camping.
*Battlestar Galactica/V. Diana has Sam Anders captivated.
*Battlestar Galactica/V. D'Anna Biers/Diana. Theme: Power.
*Battlestar Galactica:/Doctor Who. Tory Foster is drawn to the Master like a moth to a flame. Cally gets involved with Jo Grant and the Third Doctor.
*Battlestar Galactica/Doctor Who. Sam Anders stumbles through the Rift to Cardiff and Gwyneth takes him in. Sam/Gwyneth.
*Battlestar Galactica/Doctor Who. Sam Anders helps Martha Jones in the resistance against the Master.
*Battlestar Galactica/Doctor Who. The Doctor assisted the Five in their resurrection of resurrection technology. In particular, he was able to offer some insights related to Time Lord regeneration that helped.
*Battlestar Galactica/Hex. Head Six/Thelma Bates pairing. Pillow fight. Originally a BSG Pornbattle idea.
*Battlestar Galactica/Terminator. Derek Reese didn't know what could be creepier than a robot without a personality (Cameron) until he met a robot with one (Sam Anders).
*Battlestar Galactica/Torchwood. Torchwood discovers technology related to the ghost machine that lets them view the distant past from the point of view of people who lived then. Gwen sees Dee's life.
*Battlestar Galactica/Andromeda. William Adama has no idea what to do with Trance Gemini.
*Battlestar Galactica/Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Ellen Tigh/Rupert Giles. "I did not have sex with that woman!"
*Battlestar Galactica/Buffy the Vampire Slayer. D'Anna Biers/Faith Lehane. Learning lessons.
*Battlestar Galactica/Neverwhere. Lamia is able to feed on Sam Anders without killing him. A strange relationship develops.
*Caprica/Virtuality. The crew of the Phaeton encounter Zoe Graystone's Avatar in their virt modules. She warns them about the green-eyed man and that all this has happened before and will happen again.
*DC Comics/Battlestar Galactica. Morpheus is John Cavil's worst nightmare.
*DC Comics/Torchwood. John Constantine/Jack Harkness. This should be obvious.
*Supernatural/Battlestar Galactica. Sam Winchester is paired with a Sharon in the Cylon breeding experiments.
*Supernatural/Yu Yu Hakusho. Azazel brainwashes Sam Winchester and the other special children with the Chapter Black tape. For those who don't know, the Chapter Black tape is a supernatural recording of all of humanity's sins. Watching even a small portion of it without the Chapter White tape will turn anyone to the opinion that humanity should be destroyed.
*Supernatural/Angel. Supernatural Season Three. Sam Winchester goes through the Trials to save Dean Winchester's life. They've been refined to work if someone is on their second chance. But it doesn't work, because Dean's already on his third chance. (He was unnaturally given another shot at life in "Faith" and in "In My Time of Dying") Sam is not pleased.
*Supernatural/Buffy the Vampire Slayer. The First Evil torments Sam in Dean's form during the summer of 2008.
*Supernatural/Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Moloch contacts Sam on his laptop. At first it seems to Dean that Sam has a harmless new pen pal, but Sam gets more and more engrossed in talking to "Malcolm", to the point of not properly eating, sleeping, or hunting. This weirdens Dean out. All the while, Sam is slowly falling under Moloch's mesmerizing influence. No doubt Moloch is interesting in using Sam's bright mind and powers. Should feature "Malcolm"s signature line, "I can give you everything, all I want is your love".
*Supernatural/Torchwood. Jack Harkness seduces an initially reluctant Dean Winchester.
*Dark Angel/Doctor Who. Logan Cale was inspired in his journalism career by the work of Sarah Jane Smith.
*Dark Angel/Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Richard Wilkins takes in Ben and raises him to be Daddy's Little Assassin. If there was anything the X5s needed, it was parental guidance. Possible Ben/Faith later on.
*Dark Angel/Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Ben/Drusilla. Double Your Crazy, Double Your Fun, with Ben getting off on being bitten.
*30 Rock/Stargate Atlantis. Liz Lemon and Rodney McKay are in the same agonizing slow line at a department store. Inspired by something MerryK said.
*Torchwood/Merlin. A surge in the Rift causes Gwen Cooper and Mary Collins to trade places.
*Dollhouse/Supernatural. Dean is arrested and committed. The Dollhouse takes him as a "charity case" the same as they did Priya/Sierra. Crowley, being a rich demon and afraid that Lucifer will possess Sam and end the world, hires out Active!Dean as an assassin to kill Sam.
