The rest of the birthday celebration...
Went very well... =)
Saturday, I ended up cleaning my room a bit more. For the whole week, I sort of threw things around and didn't really bother cleaning since I was always out. Then later on, Catherine and I met up with the rest of the girls at the Keg mansion (again). The place is always busy and it always takes a while to get a table. Despite that, I LOVE going there. I especially loved my steak that night. It felt good to hang out with ALL of the girls again... and that was even WAY better than my food. =P
After dinner, Cat, Joan, Mary and I headed over to my place to have a few drinks. None of us got drunk/tipsy but we still had a good girl talk... Girl talks are priceless. Seriously. It sort of sucked how Mary and Joan sort of got picked up early... but we got some talking done... I guess we'll just wait until the next sleepover after exams. =)
And then Suuuuunday. I went out to Business Depot to get myself an antivirus program because mine was expiring in a few days. It's so annoying how you always have to renew the bugger... and even when it's still valid... it wouldn't let me update the stupid thing. Blah. But anyway... I got that and walked to Eaton Centre because I was still bored. I ended up buying that bag that I've been wanting, and in the payment process, I realized that I didn't have my own credit card on me. I ended up charging it on my mom's card instead. x.x;;; After that, I pretty much ran back to Business Depot to see if they had my card and they did... which was really good... because I've just had that card for a month... and losing it now would just be... wrong. So then I went home... rested... and got ready to go out.
I got picked up at 8... which was veeery late for a Sunday night. I ended up "sneaking" out because I knew my mom wouldn't have let me go (I'm only 20 years old. XP) without asking a gazillion questions (Questions = me being really late). So Dmitry ended up taking me to Panorama. I brought my camera along... but being the idiot that I am, DIDN'T take any pictures. In fact, the only picture we have on my camera is one that HE took. Haha... I'm such a lazy ass... But yes. The view was breathtaking... the lounge... fantastic... my chocolate mousse cake... delectable. What more can I ask for? After Panorama, we watched Stranger than Fiction which was surprisingly a good movie. When I saw the previews, it didn't really seem appealing. But I'm glad he chose that movie... and am glad that all of Varsity's cinemas aren't all... one level (not good for us vertically-challenged people). Then after that, he drove me home. =)
But this year definitely kicked the previous years... I loved the spa last year... but this year was just so much better because I actually celebrated it with sooo many people. I haven't done that in a while... I'm sticking to the whole week celebration thing for a while. This was fun!
