[Jarroh's been finding himself drawn out of the forest more and more frequently this week. He's not sure anymore what he found so bad about sticking closer to town - maybe Bee was right and he needs to learn to lighten up sometimes.
Whatever the case, if you're around the southern end of the village, chances are you'll see him today. After finding some targets in the barracks, he's set a few up in random spots. You're bound to see an arrow come out of nowhere to hit the targets every now and then.
Later on the evening, wonder of wonders, you might even catch him in the bar. Go fig.]
