Aaaahhhh!!`
Mathilde's back! For the past so many days I've been thinking about the same things over and over: find an apartment, find a job, Gabe's coming for the weekend, wanna go to the beach, and party Sunday. I knew she'd be back tonight but never really focused on it.. she just called me from New York. Not back yet, exactly, but on the way.. and for 5 minutes on the phone I didn't worry about a single one of those things. We discussed the lack of job and home, and the expensiveness of a 60 person party, but there was no worrying factor.. just a catching up / sharing. And I'm still not worried. I found a bunch of possible places to live, thanks to Laura, and I know I'm employable.. I might not *want* to do lots of kinds of work, but I sure as hell *can*. So I think I'm gonna stay, and this makes me happy :D. My reasons for wanting to stay are so good, and so simple: friends and kungfu, and not wanting to live with my parents. So this prospect of staying close to friends and continuing to practice (and maybe even learning how to fight) and to live on my own.. makes me happy. And Mathilde coming back makes me happy. And Gabe coming to see me makes me happy. And my eyes haven't even been extremely horrible lately. Wheee! Life is good. Even though I'm sick, I'm happy =).
