a rose, some sushi and sleep
i just woke up from a 4 and a half hour long nap.
it was one of those naps you wake up from and forget who you are, where you are, what day it is, even what fuckin year it is. heh
completely disoriented!
but i woke up to a card sitting on my desk from Kathy (a friend of mine in chicago) with a $50 check in it and a $25 gift card to starbucks! fuckin awesome! she said she wouldve gotten me a gift card to maude's but figured i'd settle for starbucks since that's alittle impossible to get up there. and carabou coffee doesnt exist down here... man, now i'm craving a turtle mocha from carabou! i miss that place.
today was a much better day than yesterday.

Summer wants to throw me a birthday party Friday night :)
last time i had a birthday party, i think i was still in the single digits. heh
so this is exciting for me. everyone's invited!
sarah had an interview at target copy and i showed up there (by her car) with a rose and some sushi to congratulate her. i thought it was nice...
