bad news, good race, ok weekend
This weekend was ok. Not much to write home about. Nathan and I got some issues worked out that we needed to, and I got a lot of studying done.
Bad news.... My dad is going to lose his job. Northwest is shutting down the Atlanta base. He doesn't know what he's going to do yet, but I'm worried. I still have a year and a half of college left. ugh... ::sniff::
In better news.. the race was awesome today! Jamie McMurray ended up winning. Now most of you aren't nascar fans so you have no idea who this is. The interesting thing is... even fans didn't know him before today. This was only his 2nd Winston Cup race and the first race he led. He got to race today because Sterling Marlin had a season ending injury. Anyway, it was awesome to see him win. He's 26 years old and a complete hotty. I think I have another favorite driver. ;)
Tonight we watched the Practice and I saw a commercial for Primetime Live where they're going to cover The Zodiac Killer. I was so psyched because that's what I'm doing my speech on. Yay! :)
Anyway, time for a shower and then bedtime. Night all!
