100 Weeks! Whoohoo!
So, it's been 100 weeks since I last posted on livejournal. Why so long, you may ask? Well, honestly I've been kinda lazy and after week 60 it seemed like I might as well wait for a significant number.
New in the life of Nowaki:
Mac Laptops--as in, I just got my college computer that I'm actually typing this entry from. It's pretty and I love it.
Comfest-- a.k.a Community Festival, the fest known for its crazy melting pot of foods, music, and shirtless people with painted chests.
Full Frontal Feminism-- a newish book that I recommend for absolutely everyone. Young or old, female or male, (etc...); Valenti's book is aimed at young women, but I think everyone could benefit from her frank explanations of feminism and why it's still very relevant.
Havemercy-- Lady Jaida's novel came out yesterday and I'm really psyched to read it. REALLY psyched...you wouldn't have wanted to hear my fangirl squee when I first found out about it.
