Well, I hope you all had a very Merry Christmas! I had a fun time with friends in Alabama (and reminded myself why I moved away from the cold).

Guess what?! On one of my flights, I discovered that I was sitting next to a Pulitzer-nominated author, Jack Sacco. He is a very cool guy and gave me advice about getting into the publishing world (because I have a kids' book about special needs). I will post more about that soon because the info might help some of you who really should be published *pokes flist*.
