Here I am again!
Okay, I solved my last problem. (The problem in the first place, you may ask? I overreacted and actually did everything right, but got discouraged too quickly. Ah, well.) Now I have some simple questions to run by you all.
I did a quick little swatch of knit stitch and purl stitch. I noticed that my stitches are REALLY loose, the only tight ones being when I bind off.
I'm using size 10 needles and Wool-Ease worsted weight yarn. Is the fact that my needles are so large that the stitches are so loose? Also, the yarn tends to fray a lot while I'm working on it. Is this because I'm a beginner and need to adjust how I work with it?
