Hello All. My name is Noven, I’m a Systems / Network engineer living in the rainforest of northern NSW, Australia.
It’s been a while since I bothered to maintain a blog, and I don’t promise I’ll do a particularly good job maintaining this one. But I do spend a lot of time solving interesting (at least to me) technical challanges, and documenting my solutions / configs is a useful exercise. If someone else can make use of them too, all the better.
Over the coming weeks I’ll be converting my LAN to IPv6, playing with the new Kubuntu, experimenting with VMWare DR scenarios and dealing with whatever clients choose to throw at me. Chances are I’ll also be finding new and interesting ways to break Gentoo.
An entry on installing wordpress is hardly useful or necessary however, so for tonight I’ll just wave and say ‘hi’.
