Help!

Okay, so I WANT my LiveJournal posts to cross post to Facebook and Twitter, but I want the Twitter posts to STOP posting to LiveJournal (there's a lot of repeat going on I'm afraid)--so, how do I do that? All I can find are the ways to stop LJ from posting on FB and Twitter, but nothing about how to get Twitter to stop posting to LJ.

HELP, PLEASE!
