carlos is not keen on this moving thing. i'm equally not keen on this packing thing. i have a lot of stuff. i'm wasting time...i ought to stack bookshelves in the storage closet. then i ought to clean off things that need to be craigslisted.
instead i'm going to go get a haircut. i'm considering it the break-up haircut, though the fact is that my hair desperately needs it.

days left to pack: 17
days left in tucson: 21
days left until i go to colorado: 28
i've got some time in there to fill. think i'm going to spend most of it in flagstaff.
i'm so happy to be leaving tucson. sad that there are so many things about this town that i haven't seen/done, but the regrets just don't come close to outweighing the joy of leaving. i moved here alone and not knowing anybody. i even moved things into my first house essentially alone (one person stopped by for 15 minutes to help unload the truck. it was a nightmare.) i'll be leaving here alone and going to another place where i don't know anybody.
