soo...ZZTop neighbor has Creepy Friend Who Lives in His Van.  Creeps was living with ZZ for a bit, meaning he lived directly outside my living room window.  He stayed for something close to two months before moving on.
He's back.  Got a new van.  It's got a bigger window.
