Character Profile
Leigh - early 20's, has short chin-length pink hair always spiked out in some crazy style, is pierced in a number of places, and dresses like somebody who wants to dress like they're punk but doesn't want to look like they want to dress like they're punk. (Um, in other words, she doesn't want to look like she's trying to be anything, but this in itself sort of betrays her.) She works at a small bookstore, and she likes her job, but wishes she was on track to a real career. She's friendly to everyone, and has a habit of bringing home random strangers she meets in random places - something which, through sheer dumb luck, hasn't got her into any serious trouble yet, but it drives her fiancée crazy. (His name is Ray. He's an artist.) She has a habit of sticking "right?" on the end of almost everything she says.
One of these random strangers she brings home will eventually do the thing that will be Day One (still working out what that will be). Will profile Ray and the other characters later.

6. Hair color: Currently, pink. Has been every other color imaginable. Natural hair color is probably blond, but it’s been so long that Leigh has no idea.
7. Unusual facial/body features: hair color, pierced eyebrow, nose, lip, labret, up and down the ears, spacers in the ears. Lots of tattoos and other clunky silver jewelry. She’s pretty pale, wears lots of dark eyeliner.

9. Parents: divorced, close to her dad and step mom. Doesn’t really see eye to eye with her mother who never remarried

11. Pets: dog, what kind?
12. Occupation: cashier at either a small used bookstore or record store.
