a real update
woke up at 12. did lots of research on studying abroad and talked to my mom for awhile. got dressed in still-wet jeans from the stupid monsoon that eroded away RI yesterday. i ate some lunch with lauren....lunch being bread...but i'm confident now that i can keep down food. we hung out at the union for a bit and then i went to the study abroad office to make an appointment.
Me: hi i want to talk to someone about studying abroad
stupid teenage secretary: ooohhh ummmmmmm what kind of study abroad
Me: international
STS: oohhhhh ummmmmmm did you go the info session?
Me: i did it online
STS: oooohhhh ummmmmm well nobodys here right noww sooo you can come to the session tomorrow at 1..someone will be there
Me: okay, 1:00? and i can talk to somebody?
STS: ummmmmmm yeah...actually i think tomorrow's session is cancelled. it says here that it's not...but i think it is
Me: okayyy, ill see you tomorrow at 1.
so much for that.
then i wrote some of a paper and went to class.
i had a nice romantic valentines day dinner with laurennnn and now im avoiding packing and finishing this stupid paperrrrrr.
