I can see the end!
It's amazing... 5 more weekdays (well, technically 4 and a half!) and I will have successfully taught - as a real teacher, wow! - for a whole year. I also had my interview for full teaching registration on Friday, so yay!
Today I'm just going to finish my students' Christmas presents - a slideshow DVD of photos from throughout the year. I may just have to post little photo snippets because some of the photos are ADORABLE!
On a less happy note, however, next weekend might be the last for my gorgeous dog, Chloe. She's been very sick for the last couple of months and it's incredibly sad. She's 15 years old, and she's had a good life, and I wouldn't want her to suffer through an illness that's not going to get any better (it will only get worse). So, expect some random sad posts next week. I'm going to be a wreck, I just know it.
However, until then I am going to try and remain calm (otherwise I may just randomly burst into tears at probably inappropriate moments), finish the Chrissie presents and play in the Secret Santa Holiday Love Meme - you can find me here if you want to join in, and
