Who'd have thought that something called "Burnt cauliflower with tahini sauce" would taste good? How bout great?
Eric came by last night and gave us two heads of cauliflower, so I'm looking for creative ways to get rid of them. 1 1/2 more heads to go! I'm thinking soup, and maybe more burnt cauliflower.
I love unexpected vegetables! Never would have gone and gotten that of my own accord. I should join a cop-op, for more opportunities like this, and to expand my cooking skills.
