Tuna Salad SandwichI used green onions instead of red onion; Miracle Whip rather than mayonnaise; Sriracha sauce for Tabasco. Also, I added chopped boiled eggs & deleted the tomato. It turned out very well--Jeff seemed to really like it today at lunch & I finished it off when I got home

You might also give plain Greek yogurt a shot.

Plain Greek yogurt is too bitter for my tastes. I'd rather use mayonnaise (& I really don't even like mayonnaise).
