Update
So i've been sick with pneumonia for the last 2 weeks. Goo me!
Terrible terrible stuff, aches, coughing, can't breathe. Yet as I try this now im feeling much better and can eat somthing more than a breadroll for 3 days!
So um....i bought a house! Well a minihome.....same diff. $40k not too shabby for a first home. Two bedroom full bath tiny kitchen and W/D included. Funny part is that my lot fee's are more then my mortgage.
Yet do to the timing of the closing (April 15th) I will be getting the new tenant fee's that's $295 a month. The anniversary of the lot fee's is March 1st. So come next year i wont have been there for a full 12 months. So I get to keep the low lot fee's for an extra year!
Discovered minecraft and it eats my nights. Finally beating some other games i've had on the backburner.
So yea, closing on the 15th and moving in on the 16th. I expect to be a little more social now that i'll be more in town and not be limited by my parents.
