Personal: Nate Goes to Pre-School
Nate headed off to his first day of pre-school on Friday, after being sick the day before and making Daniele miss her own first (teaching) day of the school year. I'm glad he was recovered enough to head off to the fun. He's not yet three years old, and I'm still freaking out that he's already figured out phonics and is happily reading to himself. (One of the benefits of being an only child with a teacher Mum and bibliophile Dad, I suppose.)
I saw this picture on Daniele's Facebook last night and had to shamelessly steal it for myself, since it filled me up with Nate's natural Happy.
