Tiger direct ROCKS!

Just called a Rep. @ Tiger direct about a back ordered item in my latest order. I just called to find out thier next shipment for the item. As soon as I get through, I'm put on hold for 5min. A land-slide of apologies ensues upon his return, I didn't even have to say anything. Evidently, I get full shipping refunded to me just for enquiering about an item that isn't in stock. I save $30 for just making a call... I will not argue. Aside having some of the cheapest prices, they have been a great experience every time I've placed an order.

Even if my monstrosity of a machine takes another week to finish, I still win!
