TGTIF. The second “t” is for “tomorrow.” It’s been quite a little week.

The numeration of the necessary adjustments to my teaching carried on into today. One fellow intern whose insight I sought after he watched me teach said that I need to be a lot more charismatic. I also wasn’t giving enough examples

You know, from what you've said about it so far, it sounds like you found yourself a pretty good school. :)

It's awesome that you got to sit in on some of the other teacher's classes. I don't even know what I would do if I'd just jumped into a full-time teaching position without first doing something like I'm doing now (which involves a lot of working with experienced teachers, seeing how each of them runs their classroom, and preparing amusing activities for part of the class or for much smaller groups of my own).
