I just moved to Culpeper from Southern Virginia and would like to make friends in the lolita community up here. I haven't been as active recently, but I've gotten more into lolita again, since I have more free time now. I don't know what meetup ideas are floating around, but we do have a tea room here in downtown Culpeper, if anyone is interested.
