What a weekend!
First off, Brooks & Dunn was amazing. The opening act was The Warren Brothers and they were followed by Big & Rich. I have to say that even if Big & Rich absolutely no musical talent (and I think they do), they would still have put on an amazing show. I think they embody the definition of "performers." Brooks & Dunn were simply amazing. I don't think I can say anything else. I just was wide-eyed and smiling the entire time. Amazing show.
Tim and I went up to Houghton Lake on Saturday. That was a good time. It's always nice to get away and relax with him. And I actually got quite a bit of my homework done, surprisingly. I even made it to class early this morning, considering that I should have come back to school last night like I had originally planned. The extra time at home and with Tim was worth it, I think.
I made $150 without even trying! That's always nice. Cashed in a savings bond from when I was born. A one hundred dollar bond is now worth $150. Spectacular. So I went grocery shopping, got some pudding and frappucinos. And I can't forget the cookies. Cookies are my favorite. :D
I'm feeling on top of the woooooorld right now. I'm not usually like this so I'm basking in it. Excuse my mushiness and almost sickeningly sweet happiness.
It's been 4 perfect months. I can't help but be happy and excited. I sure managed to find a good one.
