I just realized that there is God. There is undeniably God, because even for those who don't believe...they have the concept of God, of what it would be like to have a God. The confines of communication have created God, whether he/she/it/they was/were there to begin with or not

I don't think she's saying that God exists in the traditional sense, but that he exists as a concept, and that because this concept exists and we are all familiar with it it changes the way that we think and interact. There is a thing called God. It is real in the sense she has described.
