A Monkey in specs <3
So by the time I picked her up from school, she was just plain excited about the glasses. I've got my fingers crossed that this is the attitude towards them that continues to win out. (in addition to a hearty amount of encouragement)
I'm considering getting my prescription updated next month, getting new frames (mine are ... at least 5 yrs old), and ditching my contacts for a few months until she settles in a bit more ... just in case. =)
Anyhow, here's a photo from about 30 mins after we picked them up. I'll toss a couple more in the randomness photos since they all 3 turned out cute.
(You can't really tell in the photo but the frames are a really dark blue metal w/ bright blue interior edge around the lenses, and lighter blue/purple inside the ear pieces.)
