4am LJ post
so i just got back from an artie party down in DC i fuckin hate DC, i really do. tonight was such a shit show. 1st, i was gone for over 16hr to work a 3.5hr party, ...no 1st is really this morning i had to go to court for a bullshit traffic violation i got going to an artie party in the DC area a couple weeks ago - fuck upper freehold w/ a rusty tire iron!! (did you know that upper freehold has no police force of its own, it is completely policed by state piggies) - so my day started early just as if i was subbing. THEN i worked the artie party in DC. my grievences:
- annoying fuckin party planner micromanaging shit
- OBNOXIOUS guests
- DRUNK obnoxious guests
- both anna & i forgot our medicine
- kourtni, whom we picked up in DE, was on the fuckin phone w/ her bf the ENTIRE WAY back to DE, it was so obnoxious anna & i were ready to open the door as we rounded a sharp turn & ultimately turn the honda element's "suicide door" into a "homicide door"
- def hit something on 195 @ 3 in the morning. don't know what it was, didn't see it - think it might have been a deer carcass - car continued to drive ok; i'll inspect in the morning
- i have to go to artie's tomorrow, that's going to easily be 4hr out of my day when i really need to be working on my final paper.
i love anna. i feel like we def bonded tonight surviving this bullshit together. she def got me thru this night from hell.
