there are two blue bridges that overpass the I65/I70 interchange that i drive by every single morning. someone painted "i love you" on one and "where are you going?" on the other. whoever did that is a fucking genius, it makes me smile every morning.

No shit it's a tianted artform.
It's the people who'll tag up "ADK" or whgatever their pussy-assed 14 year old "crew"'s initials are in busses and shit.

Some graf is really beautifully done and can have some awesome messages in them, like the shit near my work which has the punkesque motivational speeches on it "Who owns the walls? Art!" and "Take back your life" kind of stuff, except cleverly worded.
