Lately we've had quite a few people running amuck and inflicting harm on others in the city. One of them broke out of the police station too, not so long ago. I can't say I'm particularly pleased about it myself.

Can I get names and descriptions to go with those people wreaking havoc? Powers too, if you know of any.

We're still "Under Construction," so to speak. Naturally things go down when we're trying to organize ourselves.

I don't know every single detail, but from what I've been able to pick up, people named "Azula," "Nightmare," and "Errol" are the main troublemakers right now. Azula likes to mess with fire. Literally. The others, I'm not sure of myself.

What I'm aware of is that there was a group formed to deal with the cyborg, another group was working on the kraken. Someone I am familiar with was interested in perusing Nightmare. Meanwhile there are arrangements being made to take care of the young woman who has been burning things.
