This weekend was incredible. Absolutely amazing. Adrienne and I slept at Aimee's house on Friday and Saturday nights. Friday night was fun...we went to Newbury Comics, where I bought a couple things (actually I just wanted to see the beautiful cashier Eric). We went to dinner at Applebee's and then basically sat around. It was fun though.
Saturday, of course, was the big day. We drove to Newburyport, MA to meet Bucky Lasek and Scotty Lago. We got there a bit early, so we walked around the shops until the restaurant opened. When we went inside, it wasn't crowded at all. I got some food (which was actually really good) and we waited for Bucky to show up. By the time he did, the place was INSANE and there was a line going out the door and down the sidewalk. Lucky for us, we were second in line and got to stay inside, thanks to the manager/man in the green shirt. Because we're losers, we got in line a second time to get pictures. It was awesome. Maybe I'll post the pictures if I feel like scanning them. We've decided to go back, because we had so much fun with the people working there. Bucky Lasek is a pretty cool guy...a lot quieter and more reserved than I expected. He's really tan. And doesn't wear his wedding ring. Hmm. Scotty Lago is adorable, and he uses correct grammar (yes, I noticed that, haha). He's only 17, and already he's a world champion snowboarder. Crazy.
Anyway, I should be doing my English paper. And various other assignments. This week is going to be ridiculously busy.
