Oh, you finally passed the law? That's great! Maybe now half-elves like Genis and Raine can live in the open alongside humans...

It would be nice if we could make the transition that quickly, wouldn't it? Unfortunately, some people aren't so willing to change...we have a lot of work ahead of us yet.

We'll just have to make sure it does happen~.
