There's a lighthouse on the island to the west. It doesn't seem to be functioning.

From this height, I can also make out a smaller island, off the coast of the larger one. Just a scrap of land, barely visible.
According to the map, the dock should be to the southwest. The ship should be at the dock.

It isn't. Even from this height, discounting this and the other island, all I see is open ocean.
