This place isn't unpleasant, for the most part.
[Vincent still doesn't like all the sun--being cooped up in the dark for thirty years will make you a little more comfortable in dimmer lighting--but he's aware that this is what a great deal of people consider good vacation conditions.]
However, I'm curious why so many people seem disinterested in escape.

...That said, anyone attempting such a thing by air should be prepared for inevitable failure.
