It's gaining on 4am, like every other night. I'm listening to Wagner, almost like every other night. However, even though I'm in a pretty good mood, he seems relatively depressing.
Don't take me wrong, he has these strong points where it seems as though the optimism is going to catch up with everything that is amiss, but then it just circles around to this melancholic rhythym. It's kind of unsettling and very pleasing at the same time. I wonder why Nietzsche began hating you so much. There must be something terrible about your music that he caught onto that I can not.
Also, as every night that has come before today, I am piling on the grad schools on my list. I have narrowed it down drastically, and, thanks to ms.
dasein_plushie, I have added on one school (Marquette). Marquette seems to have a very solid philosophy program. They have a layout for which the program should be looked at, they have a reading list, and they have several other things that make me lean towards them. Insofar, I think they will be ranked number two on my list, second only to the school that has been number one since I can remember, Notre Dame.
I'm not quite sure why I rank Religious schools ahead of most, considering my religious affiliation, but they seem to be the most fitting for me. So, my list has gone from eight, to five, to six. Six is as it stands for now, and I'm hoping to add a few more to that (considering I should have around 10 to actually apply to).
Oh, yeah, maybe I should finish the year I have at GVSU.
