Ever since Rachel had mentioned Pepper's abnormal dislike of dogs, pets, animals in-general, Billy had made it his mission to find something so cute, Pepper would HAVE to like it. Rachel was ever the troublemaker when it came to her best friend and thought it was a fabulous idea.
And so, with the help of Rachel knowing Pepper's passwords and Pep not being in the room for a few minutes, Billy went to work. It was a stupid idea, but it wasn't much better than going 'let's buy a lot of puppies and stick them in her room', which Rachel had pointed out would be a horrible, albeit hilarious, idea. And so he set Pepper's homepage to cuteoverload.com. Because that was only the cutest thing with animals anyone had ever thought up in the history of everything.
He was lounging on the couch innocently when Pepper got back to her beloved computer. Rachel had already sought the proper cover.
But. Honestly. Cute animals. What wasn't to love?
