Backtagging: Very much yes. I find it makes things easier, especially when RL pops up.
Threadhopping/threadjacking: Ask first please. I don't mind, generally, but the other people might.
Hugging: Sure; she's a touchy-feely sort of girl.
Kissing: Fine, though it's possible your character'll get slapped. More likely she'll laugh it off, though.
Flirting: Sure; she'll probably flirt right back.
Fighting: Okay, but your character'll probably have to start it. And don't forget: this isn't her first stint with the military.
Injury: Bruises, scratches, and minor cuts are fine. Please ask me if it's something serious (ie. broken bones).
Death: Probably not.
