Ok, I want the bars out NOW.
Just did a 7 mile run. 5 miles in, I started coughing. And I mean PAINFUL coughing.
Got home, took off my shirt.
I bruised a rib.
Visibly bruised. Right on the lower bar. I want them gone. Maybe it's just that I used to not push my body so hard. Maybe it's that I have less body fat to cover them. I need this to be done.
