Yesterday we spent the day in Devenport, did some shopping, had a late lunch of fish & chips which were yummy, then headed to the port to join the queue to get on board the Spirit of Tasmania:



It was still daylight when we first queued:


As it got darker, the ship looked very festive with it's lights on:


And the sunset was beautiful:


This trip we had a cabin, took some wine & nibblies on board, got into our Flanny pj's, and watched the movie Suddenly 30 on the laptop, before nodding off.


First stop after disembarking and leaving Melbourne, was Corio just outside Geelong - so you might ask what this next picture represents:

This was David's family home, until he left Victoria to come to Queensland when he was only 7!!
And this is where he was born! Geelong hospital - exciting stuff hey!!
